Job summary

HOAMCO is seeking a Portfolio Community Manager for Las Vegas, NV to oversee community associations, manage properties, and support boards with governance and budgeting. The role emphasizes leadership, strong communication, and vendor oversight.

The position requires a Nevada CAM license (CMCA preferred) and 1–2 years of CAM or related management experience, with English/Spanish bilingual skills preferred. This is a on-site role with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Nevada CAM license is required.
• CMCA certification or higher management designation preferred.
• Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience as a Community Association Manager preferred, or other management experience.
• English/Spanish bilingual skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance of personnel and maintenance of physical properties under supervision.
• Maintain and manage community accounts and support the Board’s objectives.
• Act as liaison between HOAMCO and assigned communities; ensure open communication.
• Lead and attend Association meetings; coordinate with developers, boards, residents, and volunteers.
• Oversee vendor contracts; obtain bids and ensure cost-effective, high-quality service delivery.
• Inspect exteriors and common areas; propose repairs or replacements as required.
• Develop building maintenance programs and asset management schedules.
