Job summary

Capital Consultants Management Corporation in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Portfolio Community Association Manager to oversee community operations and lead a team in delivering exceptional resident services.

You will liaise with boards, manage budgets, schedule maintenance, and ensure CC&R compliance while promoting open communication and strong relationships with residents and vendors.

Qualifications

• CMCA certification or higher management designation preferred.
• 1-2 years’ experience as a Community Association Manager or in a similar management role.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead community operations and align with board policies.
• Advise the board on long-term planning and policy development.
• Serve as liaison between HOAMCO and assigned communities.
• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of community assets.
• Manage records, meetings, and vendor contracts.
• Develop a building maintenance program and schedule.
• Ensure compliance with CC&R and legal requirements.
• Prepare budgets and monitor operating and reserve funds.
• Attend association meetings and communicate transparently.
