Job summary

The Scion Group is seeking a Porter/Gatekeeper to maintain the property's common areas, indoors and outdoors, and assist with general maintenance tasks. This role emphasizes safety, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach in a collegiate environment.

Responsibilities include cleaning, landscaping, irrigation, pool and spa maintenance, lighting, and responding to after-hours calls. Applicants should have a high school diploma and a valid driver's license, with the ability to lift up

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with basic labor tasks experience.
• Ability to read instructions and document labor and materials used.
• Punctual, dependable, and able to handle deadlines and after-hours work.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the property's common areas indoors and outdoors per SOPs and standards.
• Perform lawn/grounds maintenance, mowing, edging, trimming, and debris removal.
• Remove trash, sweep pathways, and maintain stairwell treads and lighting.
• Monitor and repair irrigation, pool equipment, and seasonal plantings.
• Assist with snow removal and participate in required training.
