Job summary

Capstone Management Partners, LLC is seeking a Porter to maintain common areas and prepare apartments for move-in. This is a full-time, non-exempt role focusing on cleanliness, safety, and outstanding resident service.

You will assist with turnovers, coordinate with the Property Manager, and support curb appeal and maintenance tasks as needed. Strong work ethic and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand and perform physical labor for up to 8 hours daily.
• Basic English communication required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, tidy and sanitary clubhouse, office, model, and all common areas.
• Ensure the property is free of trash, debris and animal waste.
• Prepare apartments for move-in with attention to appearance.
• Assist with apartment turnovers as directed.
• Communicate with supervisor regarding maintenance or curb appeal needs.
• Respond to emergencies per policies and procedures.
