Job summary

Capstone Management Partners, LLC is seeking a Porter to maintain common areas and assist with apartment turnovers. The role is full-time and non-exempt, with an hourly compensation structure and benefits eligibility.

Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand and perform physical labor for 8 hours, and communicate in English. Responsibilities include upkeep of clubhouse, landscaping, trash removal, and coordination with the Property/Service Manager.

Qualifications

• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm and energy while providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and complete physical labor for up to eight hours per day.
• Ability to communicate and comprehend in English.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to embody the Cardinal Culture and Cardinal Core Values every day.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, tidy and sanitary clubhouse, office, model, and all other common areas.
• Ensure property is free of trash, debris and animal waste.
• Maintain dumpster areas and prep for trash pick-up.
• Maintain grass and landscaping, including watering flowers.
• Ensure best appearance of each apartment prior to move-in.
• Assist supervisor with apartment turnovers as directed.
• Communicate with the Property Manager or Service Manager regarding problems needing attention.
• Respond to emergencies per policies and procedures.
• Attend in-service training sessions.
• Ensure understanding and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Contribute to resident satisfaction by meeting or exceeding expectations.
• Participates in Cardinal U training as required.
