This full-time, non-exempt position requires the ability to lift 50 lbs, use hand and power tools, and stand for extended periods while ensuring high standards of cleanliness and curb appeal across the property.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to communicate and comprehend in English.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical labor for up to eight hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, tidy and sanitary clubhouse, office, model, and all other common areas.
• Keep the property free of trash, debris and animal waste.
• Ensure dumpster areas are clean and prepared for trash pick-up.
• Maintain well-kept landscaping and watering of flowers.
• Ensure apartments look their best prior to new resident move-in.
• Report items needing attention to supervisor (e.g., ripped carpet, repairs).
• Assist with apartment turnovers as directed.
• Communicate with Property Manager or Service Manager about maintenance or curb appeal issues.
• Respond to emergencies per policies and procedures.
• Attend in-service training sessions and follow all policies.
