Job summary

Pratum Companies is seeking a part-time Porter to maintain grounds, assist with cleaning and preparing vacant apartments, and perform light maintenance tasks across the property. You will support the Maintenance Supervisor and team, ensuring fixtures, landscaping, and common areas meet high standards.

The role emphasizes safety, professionalism, and strong resident relations. Flexible scheduling may be required, including some evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous grounds keeping experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends may be required.
• Basic painting skills required.

Responsibilities

• Keep the premises of the office, building, and grounds clean and orderly.
• Assist with cleaning, turning and painting vacant apartments.
• Perform light landscaping and trash removal daily.
• Assist in preparing market-ready units and remove trash from vacants.
• Maintain common areas and report maintenance concerns.
• Provide safe operations of equipment and maintain hygiene and appearance.
