Job summary

Ultipro in Gainesville, FL is seeking a Porter to maintain the property's common areas and prepare apartments for move-in in a full-time, non-exempt role.

You will perform cleaning, landscaping, and basic maintenance tasks, assist with turnovers, respond to incidents per policy, and uphold exceptional customer service and teamwork within the community. The position offers benefits eligibility and requires a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and perform heavy physical labor.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Positive attitude and strong customer service.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and safe clubhouse, office, model, and other common areas.
• Prepare apartments for move-in and assist with turnovers as directed.
• Respond to emergencies per policies and procedures.
• Ensure landscaping and grounds are well maintained.
• Provide exceptional customer service and teamwork.
• Attend required trainings and follow policies and procedures.
