Ultipro in Fullerton, CA, is seeking a Porter to maintain common areas and apartments prior to move-in. This full-time, non-exempt position emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and physical labor outdoors and indoors across the property.

The role includes handling trash/landscaping tasks, assisting with turnovers, and following safety policies while supporting resident satisfaction. Benefits include health, vision, dental, 401(k), and more.

Qualifications

• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm and energy while providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical labor for up to eight hours per day.
• Ability to communicate and comprehend in English.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the common areas of the property and apartments prior to move-in.
• Demonstrate exemplary customer service and teamwork.
• Keep clubhouse, office, model, and other common areas clean and sanitary.
• Ensure property is free of trash, debris and animal waste.
• Maintain landscaping and watering of flowers.
• Assist with apartment turnovers as directed.
• Communicate issues to supervisor for attention.
• Respond to emergencies per policies and procedures.
• Participate in required training sessions.
• Support resident satisfaction by meeting or exceeding expectations.
