Avenue5 Residential in Sandy, Utah, is looking for a Porter to maintain grounds, amenities, and the property exterior while ensuring the highest level of curb appeal and resident satisfaction. You will remove trash daily, assist in preparing market-ready units, pressure wash exteriors, and respond to weather-related emergencies, always interacting professionally with residents.

A high school diploma is required; strong customer service, time management, confidentiality, and a valid driver’s

Ability to read, write and understand English.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Must maintain confidentiality.
Must have a valid driver’s license and insurance.

Responsibilities

Remove trash and debris from office areas and property perimeter daily.
Assist in preparation of market-ready units.
Pressure wash exterior buildings and sidewalks.
Assist with property emergencies (snow, floods, etc.).
Clean available apartments, model homes and common areas.
Address maintenance concerns related to inclement weather.
Promote customer satisfaction with high standards of cleanliness and curb appeal.
Preserve applicant and resident confidentiality.
Foster positive relations with residents and other properties.
Report maintenance and life-safety issues promptly.
Other duties as assigned.
