Job summary

American Social in Miami, FL is seeking team members to deliver excellent guest service while maintaining sanitation and cleanliness. You will work late-night shifts, stock and reset tables, and support both front-of-house and back-of-house operations.

Must be 18+, fluent in English, able to lift up to 30 pounds, and available on weekends/holidays. A food handling certificate is a plus and professionalism is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• Ability to work late-night shifts up to 12 AM–3 AM.
• Fluent in English; speak, read, write.
• Ability to perform job tasks with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide the best service possible.
• Clean and prepare tables for new guests.
• Stock supplies and maintain a clean, organized environment.
• Practice teamwork across shifts and support FOH and BOH priorities.
• Refill non-alcoholic beverages.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas.
• Pre-bussing and resetting tables within a 3-minute timeframe.
• Follow the direction of managers on duty.

Qualifications

• Works assigned scheduled shifts
• Food handling certificate a plus
• Fluent in English; able to speak, read, write
• Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy
• Ability to transport items up to 30 pounds
• Remain in stationary position for up to 4 hours throughout work shift
• Satisfactorily communicate with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays
