Job summary

American Social in Orlando is seeking enthusiastic hospitality staff to greet guests, guide orders, and upsell menu items. You will deliver beverages and food efficiently, collect payments, and invite guests to return, all while maintaining cleanliness and organization.

The role requires strong teamwork and the ability to work late-night shifts. Applicants must be at least 18, hold an Alcohol Awareness Certification, and be fluent in English.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to serve liquor.
• Able to work late-night shifts, potentially 12 AM–3 AM.
• Works assigned scheduled shifts.
• Alcohol Awareness Certification required.
• Food handling certificate a plus.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age to serve liquor.
• Ability to work Late Night shifts, potentially to between 12 AM – 3AM
• Works assigned scheduled shifts
• Alcohol Awareness Certification (i.e Serv Save, TIPs, etc) required
• Food handling certificate a plus
• Fluent in English; able to speak, read, write
• Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy
• Ability to transport items up to 30 pounds
• Remain in stationary position for up to 4 hours throughout work shift
• Satisfactorily communicate with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding
