Job summary

American Social in Boca Raton is seeking a team-oriented guest service assistant to prepare seating areas and support both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. You will clean and reset tables, refill beverages, stock supplies, and collaborate with hosts, managers, and team members to ensure smooth service.

The role requires 18+ years old, ability to work late shifts, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• Late night shifts may be required, up to 12 AM–3 AM.
• Able to work assigned shifts.
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Attention to detail, speed and accuracy in tasks.
• Able to lift items up to 30 pounds.
• Remain stationary for up to 4 hours per shift.
• Good communication with guests, management and coworkers.
• Weekends and holidays availability.

Responsibilities

• Set up and clean tables for new guests within a tight timeframe.
• Take and replenish non-alcoholic beverages for guests.
• Restroom upkeep and overall sanitation in all work areas.
• Communicate with hosts and managers using radios for updates.
• Stock supplies and maintain organized work environment.
• Provide teamwork across shifts and departments as needed.
• Follow managers' directions and maintain posture under pressure.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 18 years of age

• Ability to transport items up to 30 pounds
