NFI Industries is seeking a Port Services Customer Service Representative to manage customer inquiries, process orders, and coordinate shipping activities. The role emphasizes accurate documentation, timely responses, and cross-department communication.

You will handle invoicing support, trace shipments, and maintain records. Strong MS Office skills, typing speed, and customer service mindset are essential for success in this on-site position.

Qualificações

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Strong computer knowledge including MS Office applications.
• Basic typing skills.
• Familiarity with 10-key.
• Shipping software systems including UPS and Federal Express.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must be able to work in varying facility conditions.
• Ability and availability to work irregular or extended hours including nights, weekends and potentially holidays as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Interacts with customers by responding to inquiries and complaints in a courteous and effective manner.
• Processes and inputs all customer orders.
• Produces stock reports to check product availability.
• Prepares shipping and tracing information to customers as required.
• Oversees paperwork associated with orders and maintains files.
• Liaises between warehouse and customer for invoicing and credit changes.
• Coordinates special and last-minute shipping with Traffic and Operations.
