Job summary

MEDLOG USA seeks a Port Trucking Customer Service Representative to process customer orders in our Transportation Management System (TMS) and relay updates to customers and dispatch. You will be the first point of contact for inquiries, demanding strong communication, time management, and a professional approach to high-volume emails and calls.

Qualifications

• Port drayage or intermodal trucking experience preferred.
• Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and customer portals preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process orders in the TMS and update customers.
• Communicate order details to dispatch and customers.
• Monitor and resolve load issues to meet customer expectations.
• Provide timely status updates for late deliveries.
• Maintain records and files and perform general admin duties.
• Build relationships with customers through professional communication.
