MEDLOG USA is seeking a Port Trucking Customer Service Representative in Los Angeles to process customer orders in our TMS and keep clients updated. You will serve as the primary contact for inquiries and work with dispatch to meet delivery timelines.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in port drayage, intermodal trucking or transportation logistics.
• Strong knowledge of Port of LA/Long Beach terminals, containers and chassis operations.
• Experience with TMS systems and customer portals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, detail oriented and able to prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders in the Transportation Management System (TMS) and relay updates to customers and dispatch.
• Serve as the first point of contact for customer questions and concerns.
• Identify late or at-risk deliveries and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Monitor loads and notify customers of changes or delays.
• Perform general administrative duties and maintain records.
• Create templates in the TMS for customer orders and ensure accurate data entry.
• Trace orders to provide updates and changes throughout the day.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customer accounts through clear communication.
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.
