Luxury F&I Manager Benefits

Luxury F&I Manager Responsibilities

• Secure vehicle sales
• Provide courteous, professional service to clients
• Follow Rosenthal Automotive policies and procedures
• Maintain standards for selling F&I products and financing, including income and penetration targets
• Build and maintain relationships with lending sources
• Process and submit paperwork for finance deals
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in paperwork submission
• Understand manufacturer programs, rates, rebates, and incentives
• Maintain required licenses and certifications
• Participate in sales meetings and instruct sales staff on F&I products
• Handle customer claims related to F&I products
• Set up monthly forecasts and meet objectives
• Safeguard all money and fees involved in transactions

Luxury F&I Manager Qualifications

• At least 1 year of dealership F&I experience
• High-line F&I experience preferred but not mandatory
• Motivated, enthusiastic, and customer-focused
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
