Job summary

POP MART Americas Inc. is seeking a Store Manager for a high-volume POP MART location. You will lead every aspect of the store, drive exceptional customer experiences, and develop a high-performing team, while owning store performance and visual presentation.

The role requires at least 3+ years in retail management, a strong focus on KPIs, and a passion for designer toys and pop culture. The position reports to the District/Area Manager and offers growth opportunities within POP MART's NA

Qualifications

3+ years of retail management experience leading high-volume, customer-focused retail stores.
Proven success managing sales performance, operational execution, and team development.
Experience leading teams of 10 or more employees, including coaching and developing leaders.

Responsibilities

Lead store operations and ensure premium customer experience.
Own the store's financial performance including sales, payroll, expenses, and profitability.
Drive KPIs: Sales Conversion, UPT, ATV, payroll productivity, inventory accuracy, customer satisfaction.
Lead product launches, limited editions, and promotional campaigns.
Mentor and develop a high-performing leadership team and store associates.
