Job summary

Davis Development, Inc. is seeking a Grounds Specialist for Portrait at Painted Tree in McKinney, TX. You will maintain grounds, common areas and amenities, and assist the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager with general upkeep.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years of general labor experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. CPO certification is preferred, and willingness to work over 40 hours as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year general labor experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and use hand tools required.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily, removing litter and debris from all areas.
• Remove trash and recyclables within the office and maintain trash areas.
• Check and log pool levels daily; vacuum pools weekly.
• Perform general labor to assist upkeep of facilities.
• Inspect grills and ensure safety by checking timers and knobs.
