Neal Communities is seeking an experienced Pool Design & Sales Consultant for our Lutz, FL office. On-site role focused on designing custom pools and outdoor living spaces, guiding clients from concept to contract, and closing deals.

You’ll work with Pool Studio or similar software, manage leads in CRM, and collaborate with marketing, permitting, and purchasing teams to drive projects forward.

Competenze

• Experience in pool and/or outdoor kitchen design and sales.
• Proficiency with pool design software (Structure Studios/Pool Studio).
• Excellent consultative sales skills: listen, present, handle objections, close.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building across client, trade, and internal audiences.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Mansioni

• Meet with clients to understand their vision, lifestyle, and budget, then design custom pools, spas, and outdoor spaces using Pool Studio or comparable software.
• Conduct compelling sales presentations, prepare purchase agreements and contracts, and assist with financing options as needed.
• Qualify leads and manage your pipeline in CRM, and consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with construction managers, homebuilders, and local realtors.
• Partner with Marketing on lead generation and materials; coordinate with permitting and purchasing to move projects forward.
