Summit Pools Naples is seeking a high-character and high-producing sales professional to drive pool design and construction projects in Naples, Florida. This role focuses on guiding homeowners and builders from the initial meeting to signed agreements, cultivating strong customer relationships, and achieving sales goals with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Pool sales experience and an understanding of design concepts is preferred.
• Experience in construction or a related field and a clean driving record are required.

Responsibilities

• Help homeowners and builders bring their backyard visions to life by guiding them from the first meeting to a signed agreement that clearly and accurately reflects their vision and prepares it for construction.
• Agreed monthly and annual sales goals are achieved through signed pool construction and renovation contracts.
• Signed agreements accurately reflect each customer’s approved design, selections, scope, and price.
• Customers enter construction with a clear understanding of their project, the process ahead, and any timeline or permitting uncertainties discussed during sales.
