Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Landscape Architect to join our design team in South Tampa. The candidate will work independently and with a team to design high-end outdoor living spaces, including pools and hardscapes, from concept to completion.

You will meet with clients, present designs, and close contracts while preparing precise plans using CAD and Pool Studio. Knowledge of Florida codes and strong client-facing skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience designing residential pools and outdoor living spaces.
• Proficient in CAD and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Pool Studio or equivalent 3‑D rendering software.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, able to manage workload independently and mentor juniors.
• Ability to work 40–50 hours per week with reliable attendance.
• Knowledge of Florida building practices and City of Tampa codes.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills; capable of leading client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Design pools, cabanas, hardscape and carpentry structures, drainage plans, landscape and irrigation layouts.
• Meet with clients, present designs, and close contracts.
• Prepare accurate plans and documents using CAD and Pool Studio.
• Interpret and apply jurisdictional codes and property design restrictions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure buildable, code‑compliant designs.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
