Job summary

Craft Master Custom Pools in South Florida is expanding its team and seeking a sales-oriented professional who will own the client relationship from first contact to signed contract. You will meet homeowners in person or virtually, understand their lifestyle, and design custom pool concepts with 3D renderings; training will be provided on our design software.

Qualifications

• Track record of results in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Self-motivated and driven by performance-based compensation.
• Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new tools.
• Clear, confident communication with customers.
• Bias for action; views problems as solvable challenges.
• Bonus: experience in pools, landscape, outdoor living, or luxury residential.
• Bonus: Familiarity with Jobtread and/or Pool Studio.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship from first call to signed contract.
• Meet homeowners in person or virtually to understand how they live and entertain.
• Design custom pool concepts and 3D renderings; training provided on design software.
• Present proposals that clearly show vision, value, and investment.
• Collaborate with project managers and construction team to ensure buildability and on-budget.
• Manage your pipeline in our CRM and use AI tools to follow up efficiently.
• Contribute ideas to rebuild our sales and marketing playbook.
