Premier Pools & Spas – Houston North is seeking a high-performing Pool Sales & Design Associate to join our Spring, TX team. You will guide homeowners from consultation through final design and pricing, leveraging leads supplied by the company.

In this role, you’ll manage design and proposals using Pool Studio/Structure Studios, close high-value projects, and build lasting client relationships in a field-based, in-person capacity.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-value residential sales or pool design is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
• Ability to educate customers on design, pricing, and construction process.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsabilités

• Meet with homeowners to understand vision, priorities, and budget.
• Educate customers on pool construction, materials, features, and process.
