Job summary

Splash City Pools LLC is seeking a driven Sales Representative in the Tampa Bay area. You will meet with prospective customers, design custom pools, price projects, and close deals, managing a high volume of opportunities with full ownership of the sales pipeline.

You will leverage design software and MS Office to create compelling proposals, travel to appointments, and coordinate with the construction team to ensure smooth handoffs. This is a commission-based role with strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in sales, with 2+ years in construction sales
• Understanding of pool design and construction processes
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in design software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Willing to travel to appointments throughout the Tampa Bay area full time

Responsibilities

• Meet with potential customers to understand needs and vision
• Build relationships and maintain communication through the sales process
• Uncover buyer preferences and guide options
• Design custom pools meeting specifications
• Prepare detailed proposals with pricing and timelines
• Present designs and proposals and address questions
• Close sales by communicating value of Splash City Pools
• Conduct take offs to estimate project materials and costs
• Apply for permits and ensure regulatory compliance
• Prepare and send contracts to clients
• Invoice customers and follow up on payments
• Collaborate with construction team for smooth handoffs
• Provide regular sales activity updates to management
• Maintain CRM records of interactions and transactions
