Qualifications

• Proven experience in pool construction sales or a related consultative sales role.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a commission-based or performance-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of the sales process, including lead qualification, consultations, proposal presentation, contract execution, and pipeline management.
• Familiarity with construction workflows, timelines, and terminology.
• Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to customers.
• Experience managing customer documentation, contracts, scopes of work, selections, and compliance-related paperwork.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• This is a full-time, in-person role with field, office, and on-site customer interaction; no remote work flexibility.
• Must be punctual, reliable, and capable of managing a full sales pipeline with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet customer demand.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets by actively promoting and selling new pool construction projects.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads, conduct consultations, and present customized pool solutions aligned with customer needs, budgets, and site conditions.
• Build trust and urgency through consultative selling, clear timelines, and value-based presentations.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently move prospects through the sales process to close.
