You will meet with homeowners, provide in-home consultations, present tailored pool solutions, and close high-value deals while coordinating with design and construction teams.

Qualifications

• Previous B2C (business-to-consumer) sales experience
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to confidently guide customers through major purchasing decisions
• Self-motivated and results-driven mindset
• Valid drivere9s license and reliable transportation
• Previous pool sales experience
• New construction or outdoor living sales experience

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to discuss pool design options and project goals
• Conduct in-home and on-site sales consultations
• Develop and present customized pool solutions
• Generate and follow up on sales leads
• Build strong relationships with prospective customers
• Educate clients on products, features, and construction timelines
• Prepare and present proposals and estimates
• Negotiate and close sales opportunities
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity
• Collaborate with design, construction, and project management teams throughout the sales process
