This full-time W-2 role includes a guaranteed base salary and commissions tied to contract value, supported by in-house design and 3D presentations. You’ll work with homeowners on-site, explain options, overcome objections, and ensure momentum from first call to signed contract, delivering

Qualifications

• Must have sold custom pools or equivalent high-end projects.
• Ability to build trust with homeowners and explain investment choices.
• Polished, persistent, and meticulous in follow-through.

Responsabilités

• Own the client relationship and close exceptional custom pool projects.
• Qualify leads, meet homeowners on site, and identify requirements.
• Review and present designs with the in-house team (not drafting).
• Develop complete scopes and accurate proposals with the team.
• Present design and investment, handle objections, and close the sale.
• Nurture opportunities through contract signing and selections.
• Provide a clear handoff to construction.
