SUMMIT POOLS INC. in Naples, FL is seeking a Pool Project Superintendent who wants to grow with us and own residential pool projects from readiness to completion.

We value character, leadership, and a willingness to learn; pool-construction experience is preferred but not required. You will lead crews and subcontractors, ensure quality workmanship, communicate clearly with customers and team, and stay organized with minimal supervision.
