Overview

The Pool Attendant is responsible for the maintenance of all pool stations and providing exceptional customer service to all guests.

Responsibilities

1. Maintain the cleanliness of the pool areas, furniture, and service areas in an organized manner.
2. Replenish towels and retail amenities as necessary during the shift.
3. Assist in opening and closing side-work as assigned.
4. Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of pool or lounge areas.
5. Assist with retail outlets and guest service requests.
6. Ensure overall guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

1. High School diploma or equivalent; experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
2. At least 1 year of experience in a hotel or related field.
3. Ability to stand for the entire shift and perform heavy physical work.
4. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
5. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle problems efficiently.
6. Adherence to grooming and uniform standards.
7. Availability for flexible hours, including long shifts.
