Location

Amrit Ocean Resort & Residences is launching its first location in Southeast Florida. This five-star personalized luxury wellness community is situated on 7.5 oceanfront acres. It combines ancient Eastern inner-science with Western technology to promote mindful living and unlimited potential. The resort features two towers, Peace and Happiness, with 182 wellness residents, 153 resort suites including 30 destination spa suites, chlorine-free pools, a natural bistro with a teaching kitchen, farm-to-table restaurant, meeting and celebration spaces, a full-service salon, outdoor activities, and 100,000 sq ft of wellness and spa facilities. It offers innovative treatments, extensive hydrothermal circuits, hamam, flotation pods, panoramic ocean terraces, and partnerships with leading wellness experts to provide personalized wellness experiences.

Overview

The Pool Attendant is responsible for maintaining all pool stations and providing exceptional customer service to guests.

Responsibilities
  • Be attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous to all guests, managers, and employees at all times.
  • Maintain cleanliness of pool areas, furniture, and service zones in an organized manner.
  • Replenish towels and retail amenities as needed during shifts.
  • Assist with opening and closing side-work as assigned.
  • Ensure the tidiness of pool and lounge areas.
  • Assist retail outlets as needed.
  • Help guests with service requests.
  • Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent; hotel or related experience preferred.
  • At least 1 year of progressive hotel or related experience required.
  • Flexibility for long and variable hours.
  • Ability to exert significant physical effort, including lifting over 100 pounds occasionally.
  • Ability to stand throughout the shift.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner.
  • Attend all required meetings and trainings.
  • Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming.
  • Comply with hotel standards and regulations for safety and efficiency.
  • Proactively identify and solve problems.
  • Understand and apply complex information from various sources.
  • Cross-train in other hotel areas.
  • Maintain confidentiality of information.
  • Show initiative and anticipate guest and operational needs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
