Marriott Hutchinson Island Resort is seeking enthusiastic Pool Attendants to join our team.

We are looking for individuals passionate about serving others. Working in our guest reception and pool area places you at the center of guest interactions, making your role crucial to their overall experience. Job Summary:

To serve and assist guests during their stay by creating a memorable and efficient experience from arrival to departure, including handling guest requests and needs on our pool decks, beach, and recreation areas.

Responsibilities:

1. Fold and stock towels daily, multiple times per day, and accommodate guest requests at the pool and beach areas.
2. Clean pool deck areas and prepare them for the day; break down the areas at night.
3. Assist with cleaning after guests leave and reset for the next guests.
4. Help Food and Beverage by cleaning trays and food on the pool deck to prevent pests (animals/insects).
5. Answer questions and provide accurate information regarding hotel services to guests.
6. Ensure that the swimming pool, furniture, and facilities are clean and safe, and that lifts (for assistance/disabled guests) are checked daily and in working order.
7. Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
