Description

Marriott Hutchinson Island Resort is seeking enthusiastic Pool Attendants to join our team.
We are looking for individuals passionate about serving others! Working in our guest reception and pool area places you at the center of the hotel’s guest interactions. Job Summary

To serve and assist guests during their stay by creating a memorable and efficient experience from arrival to departure. To handle guest requests and needs on our pool decks, beach, and recreation areas.

Responsibilities

1. Fold and stock towels daily, multiple times per day, and accommodate guest requests at the pool and beach areas.
2. Clean pool deck areas and prepare them for the day. Break down the areas for the night shift.
3. Assist with cleaning after guests leave and reset for the next guests.
4. Support Food and Beverage by cleaning trays and food on the pool deck to prevent pests (animals/insects).
5. Answer questions and provide accurate information about hotel services to guests.
6. Ensure that the swimming pool, furniture, and facilities are clean and safe; check lifts (for assistance/disabled) daily to ensure proper functioning.
7. Perform other related duties as assigned.
