Job summary

Major Food Group LLC is hiring Polishers to join our Carbone Miami team in Miami Beach. This back-of-house role involves stocking, opening and stocking supplies, polishing glasses and silverware, and ensuring dining room readiness. Open daytime and overnight shifts, require 0-1 years service experience, dependable, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and strong punctuality. Responsibilities

• Polish all glasses and silverware to be used in the dining room.
• Restock the dining room with china, silverware, glassware, utensils, condiments and linen, and maintain adequate supplies in the work stations when the dining room is open.
• Fold napkins and make extra place settings.

Carbone is an Italian-American restaurant created by Mario Carbone, Rich Torrisi and Jeff Zalaznick. The restaurant pays homage to the essence of the great Italian-American restaurants of mid-20th century New York. The food nods to that history, but takes its culinary cues from the great talents and techniques of the present and future. Familiar dishes like Seafood Salad, Linguini Vongole, Lobster Fra Diavolo, Chicken Scarpariello and Veal Parmesan elevated to a new level.
