Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Policy Strategist to help transform policy insights into actionable product and program decisions within government contexts.

You will work with product, design, and engineering to ensure compliant, effective, and user-centered system behavior. You will analyze Medicaid and related policy, translate findings into practical recommendations, and lead research that informs implementation across federal and state levels.

Qualifikationen

• At least 3 years of policy analysis experience.
• Experience researching and interpreting policy using statutes/regulations.
• Ability to translate analysis into practical recommendations.
• Strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in policy contexts.
• Understanding of public programs across government levels.
