You will analyze Medicaid policy, research federal and state requirements, and translate findings into practical recommendations that improve service experiences. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, document research plans and priorities, and help shape advocacy and implementation strategies while staying

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of policy analysis experience.
• Experience researching and interpreting policy using statutes and guidance.
• Strong ability to build relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Ability to document research processes, findings, and recommendations clearly.

Responsibilities

• Translate policy into system behavior, workflows, and user experiences.
• Identify regulatory constraints and propose solutions balancing compliance and user experience.
• Create artifacts to support decision-making and prioritization.
• Support testing and validation of policy implementation.
