Fred Loya Insurance Agency in Austin, TX, seeks a full-time customer service associate to deliver friendly, professional service to policyholders and prospects. You will answer questions about policies, take payments, and process transactions while identifying opportunities to meet customer needs.

You will follow up on quotes, renewals and cancellations; assist with marketing initiatives for new business; handle FNOL and vehicle inspections as needed; and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications

• Must pass state licensing requirements
• Basic to intermediate computer literacy
• Flexible schedule
• Reliable transportation

Responsabilités

• Provide professional, courteous service to internal and external customers
• Answer questions regarding customer’s policy
• Accept payments and process transactions
• Identify potential needs the customer may have regarding their policy
• Follow up with customers on quotes, renewals, and cancellations
• Involved with marketing initiatives for new business development on an as-needed basis
• Maintain a neat and clean work area and office
• FNOL’s (vehicle inspections)
• Taking vehicle pictures (squatting, bending, flexing required)
• Bank run deposits
• Other duties as assigned
