Fred Loya Insurance Agency in Oxnard, CA is seeking a full-time customer service agent to provide professional, courteous service to clients and internal staff. You will answer questions about policies, process payments, and help identify coverage needs to improve client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include following up on quotes, renewals, and cancellations; assisting with marketing for new business as needed; and performing FNOLs and vehicle inspections, while maintaining a neat workspace

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Previous customer service experience is helpful.
• Must pass state licensing requirements.
• Flexible schedule and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is helpful.

Responsabilités

• Provide professional, courteous service to internal and external customers.
• Answer questions regarding customer’s policy.
• Accept payments and process transactions.
• Identify potential needs the customer may have regarding their policy.
• Follow up with customers on quotes, renewals, and cancellations.
• Involved with marketing initiatives for new business development on an as-needed basis.
• Maintain a neat and clean work area and office.
• FNOL’s (vehicle inspections).
• Taking vehicle pictures.
• Bank run deposits.
