Fred Loya Insurance Agency in Amarillo, TX is hiring for a full-time Customer Service/Sales Representative. You will provide professional, courteous service to customers, answer questions about policies, accept payments, process transactions, and identify needs to tailor coverage.

You will follow up on quotes, renewals, and cancellations, assist with marketing for new business, maintain a neat office, perform FNOL vehicle inspections as needed, and support other duties.

Formación

• Computer literate from basic to intermediate skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is helpful.
• Excellent communication skills, be assertive, and provide a first-rate experience for customers.
• Must pass state licensing requirements.
• Flexible schedule.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Sales
• Provide professional, courteous service to internal and external customers.
• Answer questions regarding customer’s policy.
• Accept payments and process transactions; identify customer needs regarding their policy.
• Follow up on quotes, renewals, and cancellations.
• Assist with marketing initiatives for new business development as needed.
• Maintain a neat and clean work area and office.
• FNOLs (vehicle inspections).
• Taking vehicle pictures as required.
• Bank deposits.
