Selene Finance LP is seeking a Senior Policy & Procedure Lead for mortgage servicing governance. Lead the development and maintenance of policies, translate regulatory requirements into executable updates, and drive cross-functional collaboration to close documentation gaps. Strong writing and governance experience are essential.

You will prepare executive reports on readiness, execution, and audit preparedness, and mentor junior staff in documentation practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years in mortgage servicing, operations, compliance, or policy development.
• Experience with documentation governance and change control.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of servicing policies and procedures.
• Identify governance gaps and regulatory impacts; strengthen controls.
• Serve as SME for policy governance and publication workflows.
• Lead cross-functional discussions to implement policy changes.
• Translate regulatory and investor requirements into executable updates.
• Monitor document inventory and SLA performance; escalate risks.
• Provide executive reporting on readiness and audit preparedness.
• Coach less experienced documentation contributors.
