You will translate regulatory and audit-driven changes into executable updates, manage change control, and produce executive‑level reporting; strong writing, detail orientation, and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 5+ years in mortgage servicing, operations, compliance, risk, or policy development.
• Experience with change control, documentation governance, and approval workflows.
• Strong written communication translating processes into clear documentation.
• Ability to manage priorities and coordinate cross-functional input.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, review, revision, and maintenance of servicing policies and procedures.
• Assess documentation and controls for governance, regulatory impacts, and gaps.
• Serve as SME for policy governance, documentation standards, and workflows.
• Lead cross-functional discussions to address documentation gaps and changes.
• Translate regulatory and audit-driven changes into executable updates.
• Monitor document inventory, review cycles, aging, and SLA performance.
• Prepare executive-level reporting on readiness, governance, and audits.
• Provide guidance to junior documentation contributors.
