Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 5+ years in mortgage servicing, operations, compliance, or governance.
• Strong written communication and ability to translate processes into clear docs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead policy and procedure development across mortgage servicing functions.
• Assess processes for gaps, regulatory impact, and governance opportunities.
• Govern documentation standards, approvals, and change control workflows.
• Coordinate cross-functional discussions to implement procedural changes.
• Translate business and audit changes into executable policy updates.
• Monitor documentation inventory, cycles, aging items, and SLA performance.
• Prepare executive reports on readiness, governance, and audit readiness.
• Provide mentorship to junior documentation contributors.
