Job summary

Selene Finance LP seeks a Senior Litigation Case Manager to work with the VP and legal staff to manage mortgage-litigation cases and coordinate with outside counsel. You will track hearings, motions, discovery, and prepare status updates for investors and management.

The role requires in-depth knowledge of mortgage servicing law, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. 10+ years of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or Associate’s with paralegal cert) is required.
• 10+ years related experience in litigation/mortgage servicing preferred.
• Experience with Legal Tracker, MSP, LPS and data reporting is expected.

Responsibilities

• Manage all assigned litigation cases from intake to closure.
• Coordinate with outside counsel and internal teams; monitor strategy and budgets.
• Track hearings, depositions, motions, and discovery; prepare case summaries.
