Qualifications

• 5+ years of mortgage servicing experience with emphasis on transaction management.
• Strong understanding of government and agency requirements (GNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA).
• Familiarity with loan sale/acquisition process and servicing systems (Black Knight, LPS, MSP).
• Detail oriented with high quality and accuracy in work.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly GNMA delivery cycles with internal teams and document custodians.
• Coordinate with internal teams and GSEs to prepare mortgage loans for future sales and securitizations; document agency requirements.
• Research, document, and resolve loan data exceptions affecting delivery or securitization efforts.
• Assist finance team and partners with balancing of 203(k) custodial accounts.
• Interpret contracts to ensure transactions adhere to terms.
• Prepare reports and executive summaries for clients and senior leadership.
