Responsibilities

• Assist Chief of Police in implementing goals, directives, policies, procedures, and operational priorities.
• Direct and supervise Lieutenants and other subordinate personnel.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and professional standards.
• Develop staffing plans and deployment strategies to support departmental objectives.
• Assist with budget preparation and monitoring.
