Job summary

You will configure servers, manage SQL databases, support RMS/records systems, and assist with security and CJIS policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related technology field.
• Two years of experience supporting computers/servers in a multi-network environment.
• Experience with SQL databases and law enforcement information systems.

Responsibilities

• Advises and assists staff with evaluating hardware, software, and networking solutions.
• Plans and installs police network infrastructure and connects to routers.
• Maintains and troubleshoots servers, computers, printers, and related hardware and software.
• Supports Records Management System and SQL databases in a multi-site environment.
• Coordinates repair services with vendors and maintains warranty/service contracts.
