You will greet guests, register them for seating, assist with buy-ins, and guide them through the seating process, while coordinating with the Poker Shift Manager to resolve issues and explain poker rules.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• One year of hosting experience with adequate customer following preferred.
• Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must obtain TiPS certification and First Aid/AED certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, fast, and helpful customer service to all guests and team members.
• Greet guests, register them, and enter information into the scheduling/seating system.
• Answer phones, collect guest information, and register them electronically.
• Monitor seating lists and seat guests as space becomes available.
• Explain and interpret basic poker rules and assist with buy-ins and seating.
