Jamul Casino is seeking a friendly Guest Services Cashier to deliver outstanding guest experiences at our property. The role emphasizes accuracy, attentiveness, and a caring attitude while handling cash and assisting guests.

You will manage currency and ticket transactions, enroll guests into the Sweetwater Rewards Club, and explain promotions. The position requires good communication, reliability, and compliance with gaming regulations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of guest service experience in hospitality, retail, or casino environment.
• 1-3 years of heavy cash handling experience preferred.
• Able to promptly follow instructions from leadership.
• Ability to operate adding machines and basic computer equipment.
• Must be able to earn and maintain TiPS certification.
• Must be able to acquire and maintain gaming license.

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly, fast, flawless guest service consistent with Jamul Casino’s Service Commitment.
• Process cash transactions including currency, chips, and ticket redemptions.
• Enroll guests into the Sweetwater Rewards Player’s Club and maintain accurate tracking info.
• Explain program details, promotions, and events to guests.
• Support marketing promotions and casino events.
• Balance drawers, complete paperwork, and report discrepancies.
