Qualifications

• Associates Degree in culinary or related field with 4+ years culinary experience.
• Minimum of three years supervisory experience.
• Experience in multiple venues including pastry and high-volume production is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Flexibility to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends.
• Ability to write reports and present information to groups.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, fast, and helpful customer service to all guests and team members.
• Promptly and accurately take beverage and food orders, transmit to Culinary team and serve items.
• Complete sales to customers including cash handling and POS operation.
• Provide table service according to department standards.
• Follow food handling procedures to ensure safe, quality products.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock supplies; participate as a team member.
• Meet uniform, appearance, and grooming requirements.
• Adhere to regulatory, department and company policies.
• Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
