Job summary

OneDigital is seeking a Pacific Northwest Sales Leader to drive sales efforts across Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. You will provide field-level leadership, develop pipeline, and ensure disciplined growth with a high-accountability culture.

You will partner with regional leaders, recruiters, and marketing to accelerate market growth, coach producers through complex B2B cycles, and translate strategy into measurable results across multiple states.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of proven sales leadership experience preferred; 5+ years required.
• Experience coaching producers and managing pipeline.
• Ability to travel across Washington, Oregon, and Idaho.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales strategy and execution for Washington, Oregon, and Idaho.
• Set annual sales goals with regional leaders and market priorities.
• Coach producers through prospecting, qualification, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales enablement to identify market opportunities and thought leadership.
